公司召开 “2013年度机关部室主任述职考评会”

12月27日下午两点，在公司总部第六会议室召开了“2013年度机关部室主任述职考评会”。公司领导李石聚、汤志强、李光明、范长云、魏道成、郑其青及机关、各分公司领导和职工代表五十余人参加了会议。公司总经理李石聚主持会议。
会上，各部室主任根据《公司机关干部职能部门及员绩效考核办法》的有关规定，从2013年完成年度工作任务情况；管理水平与效果；学习与创新；服从大局、团结协作与服务一线意识；执行公司各项规章制度及廉洁自律情况五个方面进行了述职，并分析查找工作中存在的不足。述职结束后，按照考核程序参会的人员对述职的部室主任进行了考评。
本次考评会共有18个部室主任参加了考评，每人限时6分钟，历时2小时圆满结束。（记者   田联合）
