越南永新项目部在五四青年节来临之际，举行了“降暑送清凉”活动。时至今时，南越的天气正是一年中的最热季节，正是工程后期攻坚、克难、之际；为了不影响工期，不影响进度，利用中午，午餐之际，给项目28岁以下的青年发放冰镇饮料，虽然只是小小的两瓶冷饮；却在2*60万千瓦发电工程中起到了润滑油的重要作用；加快工序的进程，顺应企业形势，切合湖北电建的管理，争取达到项目的最佳效果。
