On the morning of August 31, the opening ceremony of the second intensive training session of the 4th “Young Marxist Training Program” of China National Chemical Engineering No. 11 Construction Co., Ltd. (CNCEC-11) was held at the Gansu Nanliang Cadre Academy. Hao Yingchao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the company, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Xu Zhenwei, Executive Vice President of the Gansu Nanliang Cadre Academy, delivered a welcome address, and Huang Chao, Deputy County Head of Huachi County (on secondment), attended the meeting.

On behalf of the Gansu Nanliang Cadre Academy, Xu Zhenwei extended a warm welcome to the trainees of the CNCEC-11 “Young Marxist Training Program.” He said that the academy has always taken “carrying forward the Nanliang Spirit and building firm ideals and convictions” as its core mission, and expressed the hope that through this training, the Nanliang Spirit will be deeply integrated with the growth needs of young Marxists, helping the trainees build a firm foundation of faith and improve their capabilities through learning, thinking and practice, injecting youthful momentum into the high-quality development of CNCEC-11.

In light of the company's “15th Five-Year Plan” strategic planning and the arrangements of the company's 2026 mid-year work conference, Hao Yingchao comprehensively explained the significance of this training. In view of the current situation and existing problems, he put forward four hopes and requirements for all trainees: first, build a firm foundation of faith and steer the course of youth while inheriting the red lineage; second, temper solid capabilities and accumulate strength for growth through diligent learning, good thinking and steadfast practice; third, bravely shoulder the mission of the times and demonstrate the achievements of youth on the frontline of hard work and tackling challenges; fourth, strictly observe discipline and rules and set a new trend of youth through self-cultivation and self-discipline.

After the opening ceremony, Hao Yingchao delivered a special lecture themed “Cultivating Integrity Both Inside and Out, Upholding Bottom Lines, Unifying Knowledge and Action, and Setting an Example as Loyal, Clean and Responsible Young Backbone of the New Era,” covering topics including staying loyal and building a firm foundation of faith; unifying knowledge and action to temper solid capabilities; strengthening responsibility and dedication to achieve through hard work; and remaining clean and disciplined, strictly observing the bottom line of discipline.

All trainees expressed that they will study diligently, act in a down-to-earth manner and work hard, turning the learning outcomes into a powerful driving force for work and entrepreneurship. With firm convictions, solid capabilities, a pragmatic style and high spirits, they will take root in their posts, strive forward and pursue their dreams, writing a splendid chapter of youth and a brilliant answer sheet on the new journey of promoting the company's high-quality development and sprinting toward the “RMB 10 billion” goal.
