On August 28, Party member representatives and non-Party representatives from the company's headquarters visited the Kaifeng Yellow River Suspended River Culture Exhibition Hall for a themed Party Day and united front exchange activity titled “Carrying Forward the Spirit of the Yellow River, Pooling Strength with One Heart.”

The year 2026 marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the 10th anniversary of the National Conference on Party Building in State-Owned Enterprises, and the 10th anniversary of the great call that “Socialism is achieved through hard work.” This year, the CPC Central Committee has deployed an education campaign across the Party on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements. At this important juncture connecting the past and the future, the Party Committee of the company's headquarters carefully organized this activity, aiming to guide Party members, officials and non-Party united front members to draw the strength to forge ahead from the millennia-old heritage of river control, and to turn the spirit of the Yellow River into an internal driving force for tackling challenges at their posts and creating value through solid work.

Led by a docent, all participants visited the historical exhibition, geological exhibition and ecological protection exhibition zones in an orderly manner, learning systematically about the geological causes and the thousand-year evolution of the “above-ground suspended river” section of the Yellow River at Kaifeng, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the “city-upon-city” historical heritage and the history of flood control and water management across the ages. The water-control spirit of river harnessers who braved difficulties and persevered over the long term, as well as the innovative achievements in ecological restoration and flood prevention and control of the Yellow River basin in the new era, deeply impressed all participants.

Combining the characteristics of the chemical engineering and construction industry, the participants exchanged insights around “establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements” and agreed that the spirit of river control is consistent with the pragmatic responsibility of chemical engineering builders — river control is not a one-day achievement, and engineering construction likewise requires sustained and long-term efforts; river control benefits the people, and engineering construction must also be people-centered, delivering quality projects that stand the test of practice, the people and history.

Afterwards, all Party members solemnly renewed their oath of admission to the Party in front of the Party flag, reaffirming their original aspiration and mission. They said they would turn the spiritual strength gained from the study tour into a powerful driving force for work, break down development barriers and overcome bottlenecks with a correct view of political achievements, go all out to sprint toward the “RMB 10 billion” corporate goal, and contribute to the company's high-quality development.
