On August 21, Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, delivered a themed Party lecture at the East China Branch, the company's Party-building contact point.

The lecture was designed to consolidate the outcomes of the education campaign on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, implement the arrangements of the company's mid-year work conference, support the launch of the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, and advance the company's sprint toward the “RMB 10 billion” corporate goal, empowering the high-quality development of the branch in a targeted manner.

Zhu Wenjun stressed that Party spirit is the key to establishing a correct view of political achievements, and that benefiting the people is the greatest political achievement. He called on all Party members and officials to balance “visible achievements” with “underlying, long-term achievements” and deliver results that stand the test of time through a realistic and pragmatic work style.

Based on the current business and development situation of the East China Branch, Zhu Wenjun put forward four requirements. First, forge political loyalty and anchor the direction of development. All Party members and officials should elevate their political standing, gain a deep understanding of the connotation of a correct view of political achievements, practice the “Six Endeavors” spirit, and build a strong contingent of pragmatic and responsible officials, guiding the effective implementation of all work with sound political quality. Second, focus on tackling key challenges and consolidate the business foundation. The company should go all out to win the five major campaigns of market development, settlement, capital control, risk prevention and control, and back-office quality improvement, tackle business pain points in a targeted manner, and improve quality and efficiency to stabilize operations. Third, strictly uphold the bottom line of integrity and foster a clean working environment. It should implement strict Party governance in all respects, strictly observe discipline and rules, and create a clean and upright atmosphere for work and entrepreneurship. Fourth, remain pragmatic and people-oriented and pool strength for development. It should serve employees wholeheartedly, address difficulties at the grassroots level, and strengthen employee care and support, rallying the joint strength for work and entrepreneurship.
